After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition at this juncture with liberty to approach the respondent no. 3 and 4 in-respect-of his claim for reappointment with the respondents. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, if the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 3, the respondents are directed to decide the same taking into consideration his past experience and also in-respect-of any dues, if not paid to the petitioner that he shall produce proof of the same.
