1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the matter in issue has already been considered and decided by this Court in the matter of Smt. Tulsi Bai & others Vs. The State of

Chhattigarh & others {WPS No.4380/2011} & other connected matters on 10.12.2013. Therefore, the present writ petition may also be decided in the same terms.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the order passed in Smt. Tulsi Bai & others, referred to above. A copy of the order passed in Smt. Tulsi Bai & others be placed on record of the present writ petition.
