Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 19/10/2016 Reply has been filed by respondents today and the respondents have placed on record order dated 18/10/2016 by which, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the matter has been disposed off. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while considering the petitioner's representation, relevant guidelines have not been taken into consideration, that would not be a ground to proceed against the respondents. This Court had earlier disposed off the petition without deciding the issue. Therefore, in these circumstances, reserving to the petitioner the right to challenge decision dated 18/10/2016 communicated to him, this contempt petition is finally disposed off.
