This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 199/2014, registered at Police Station Kharsiya, District Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and in view of the fact that trial is in advanced stage and ten witnesses have already been examined, I do not wish to entertain this bail application on merit. 3.
Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and decide the case as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order. 4.
Certified copy as per rules.
