1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.289/2019, registered at Police Station Jashpur, District Jashpur for offences punishable under Sections 341, 392, 506-B and 427/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicant along with two other accused persons has wrongfully restrained the victim and committed loot on highway when the victim was travelling from Ranchi to Ambikapur at about 10.30 pm on 14.10.2019.

3. Since the FIR is against unnamed person, the applicant's custodial interrogation would be required and he may also be required to be subjected to Test Identification Parade. Therefore, present is not a fit case for releasing the applicant on anticipatory bail. The application is therefore rejected. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
