1. This writ petition has been preferred against the order Annexure P-1, whereby the Commissioner, Municipal Coproration, Jagdalpur, rejected petitioner's appeal under Section 403 of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1956.

2. Shri Patankar, learned counsel for the petitioner would show to this Court an order passed by the Municipal Corporation, Jagdalpur on 19.10.2015, whereby the order dated 01.07.2015 has been recalled.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the appeal committee shall consider petitioner's appeal afresh and take final decision in the matter at the earliest.
