1. The petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers:-

"10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ (s) / Order (s) / direction (s) thereby calling for the records in respect to Tender No.60208, Reference No.81/Cloth Bags change - 3rd invitation/2019-20.

10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue Writ (s) / Order (s) / Direction (s) in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order quashing the action of rejection of Techno- commercial bid of petitioner at (ANNEXURE P/1) memo dated 20/02/2020, in the interest of justice.

10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ (s) / Order (s) /Direction (s) in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order quashing and setting aside entire Notice inviting tender being Tender No.60208, Reference No.81/Cloth Bags Change-3rd invitation/2019-20.

10.4. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a direction to the respondent No.2 to conduct the whole tender process afresh in accordance with the terms and conditions of tender.

10.5. That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous, hence the petitioner does not intend to press the matter further.
