Heard the matter finally.

On due consideration, though an application was made by the applicant under the tune of Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 but looking to the fact there is no any prayer to the Collector for reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 that the matter be referred to the Court as the applicant is not satisfied with the order passed by the Collector within the purview of Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 3.

On due consideration, the instant civil revision is disposed of with a direction that on submission of an appropriate application under the provision of Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the Collector is directed to dispose of the same as per law regarding reference to the Court as expected under the provision of Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 within 30 days from the receipt of said application.
