1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the Order dated 06.03.2019 passed in WPS No. 1551 of 2019. The respondents have now filed their reply and have also brought on record the final order passed on 29.03.2019 whereby the representation of the petitioner has since been decided by the authorities.

2. In view of the fact that the representation has been finally decided and which was the substantial relief granted by this Court, this Court is of the opinion that the Order passed by this Court stands substantially complied with.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that in between respondents have not given the effect to the interim direction given by this Court which led to the filing of the Contempt Petition as of now is of no consequence in the light of the final order itself having been passed by the respondents.

4. Reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the said subsequent decision if he is aggrieved of with the same, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed off.
