In compliance of order dated 10.8.2016 of this Court, an affidavit has been filed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Panchayat & Rural Development, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, Raipur. 3.

On perusal of the said affidavit, we close the matter. We however direct the State to ensure that all steps be taken to prevent such mishaps which have been reported and in future if any such mishaps come to the notice of this Court then the same shall be taken seriously. 4.
