1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.145/2019 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, District Bilaspur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 120B, 347, 364A & 201 of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

3. The earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with

MCRC No. 2780 of 2021 liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the material witnesses.

4. Some material witnesses have been examined but victim Virat, aged about 7 years is yet to be examined. The allegation against the accused persons is of abducting the minor for ransom.

5. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
