1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.97/2020, registered at Police Station Bhilai Nagar, Durg, for offence punishable under Sections 153-A & 295-A of the Indian Penal Code.

2. This application has been filed directly before the High Court without availing the jurisdiction before the Sessions Court and no specific reason has been assigned as to why the applicant is incapacitated to move before the Sessions Court.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.

4. Let the applicant move before the Sessions Court and depending upon the outcome of his application he would be at liberty to move before this Court.
