1. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that Complaint Case No.345/2018 is filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kharsiya is pending since 13.02.2018 and, as such, the learned Magistrate be directed to expedite the trial.

2. Since the trial is pending from more than three years the concerned learned Magistrate is directed to conclude the trial within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the present CRMP stands disposed off.
