Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act is pending consideration before the JMFC, Kharsiya since 13.02.2018.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application for urgent hearing before the JMFC, Kharsiya within 10 days from today and the learned Magistrate

will consider the application and decide the complaint under Section 138 of the N.I.

Act, in accordance with law, subject to corona guidelines, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition under Section 482 of CrPC stands disposed of.
