1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has claimed higher pay scale / time pay scale on the basis of Circular dated 28.04.2008 vide Annexure P/6 for which he has already made representation on 07.03.2011 but it has not been considered. He further submits that the petitioner has already been found entitled for time pay scale in Committee meeting on 30.09.2010.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation within three weeks from today and that will be considered by respondents No.2 and 3 within two months from the date of receipt of copy of representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order on its own merit.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
