Ms. Sunita Jain, P.L.

Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 02.01.2019 The grievance of the petitioner is that though he was transferred on 14.08.2017 from district Bijapur to district Balod on administrative ground, the respondents are not relieving him and therefore the present writ petition has been filed for an appropriate direction. 2.

The issue involved in the present case stands squarely covered by a decision of this Court in the case of Ms. Manisha Agrawal Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others, 2015 (4) C.G.L.J. 182. 3.

Given the said facts, the present writ petition also deserves to be disposed of in similar terms. In case if the petitioner has not been

relieved till date, let an appropriate order be passed relieving the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The said order will be given effect to only if the order of transfer has not been modified, acted upon, amended or recalled.

4.

With the aforesaid observation the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
