1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not processing the application of the petitioner for part final withdrawal of PF amount payable to the petitioner from his GPF account.
2. According to the petitioner, as on date, the information that he has received, in his GPF account, he has a credit balance of more than rupees 13 lakhs. It is further contention of the petitioner that his daughter is getting married in the month of May for which he had moved an application to the respondent no.2 for part final withdrawal of PF amount of rupees 4 lakhs, but till date the same has not been processed and finalized.
3. Given the aforesaid facts, the writ petition at this juncture can be disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to immediately process the application of the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of law and take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order keeping in view the fact that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is fixed in the month of May, 2021. Let the State counsel communicate the order passed by this Court to the respondent no.2 for an expeditious disposal of the claim of the petitioner.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
