1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has is the inaction on the part of the respondents no.3 in not finalizing the departmental appeal that petitioner has preferred against the order of termination of the petitinoer from the post of Rojgar Sahayak w.e.f. 18.01.2020.

2. The petitioner has been directed to approach the respondent no.3 by an order passed by District Collector in this regard vide order dated 23.07.2020.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to decide the departmental appeal pending consideration before him at the earliest

in accordance with law preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
