By the impugned order, the petitioner's appointment on the post of Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator of Gram Panchayat Koliyari(Lakhna) Janpad Panchayat Abhanpur, District Raipur has

been cancelled.

Under the extant guidelines governing the petitioner's appointment, an appeal is provided under Clause 15 thereof read with relevant provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993. 4.
