Heard.

The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relief for restoration of CrMP No. 548/2016 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 05/07/2016. State counsel does not opposes for restoration of CrMP. On due consideration, the reason assigned by the counsel in restoration application being satisfactory and same is allowed. Accordingly, restoration application is allowed. The order dated 05/07/2016 is recalled and CrMP No. 548/2016 is restored to its original number.

No order as to cost.
