1. This petition filed under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for transfer of MJC No. 31 of 2017 and MJC No. 43 of 2017 pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaigarh, District Baloda Bazar (CG) to the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sarangarh,District Raigarh (CG).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if adequate security is provided to the petitioner and his witnesses, they will appear before the Court at Bilaigarh for recording their evidence.

3. Superintendent of Police, Baloda Bazar (CG) is directed to provide adequate security to the petitioner and his witnesses whenever they visit and appear before the court at Bilaigarh, District Baloda Bazar (CG).

4. With the aforesaid observation, the instant transfer petition (Cr) stands disposed of.
