1. In WPS No.4173/2014, this Court had directed the Pension Redressal Committee (for short 'the Committee') to consider the dispute pertaining to grant of retiral benefits of the petitioner.

2. The Committee has decided the matter vide order dated 25.06.2015.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition for proceeding further in the matter. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the Committee, he may move in accordance with law.
