This is an application for restoration of WP No.3905 of 2003, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court order dated 09.11.2016.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WP No.3905 of 2003. is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week. 3.
