The limited relief that the Petitioners have sought for in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the Respondent No.2 to take a decision on the application that the Petitioners have moved for mutation of the property in the name of the Petitioners in respect of the property which they have purchased on 5.3.2019 by way of a registered sale deed. 2.

Considering the fact that the application of the Petitioners is pending consideration for well over an year, ends of justice would meet if the Respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the said application in accordance with the governing rules and guidelines, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order by the Petitioners before the Respondent No.2.
