Instant petition has been filed on the ground that the petitioner is a student of B.Sc. Nursing Third year and because of the covid situation and financial constraint of the parents she could not deposit the tuition fees. 2.

It is stated that out of Rs.1,89,100/-, Rs.60,000/- has been paid so far and the petitioner is not allowed to fill up the examination form by the college because of the fact that outstanding of Rs.1,29,100/- is due as she has not paid the tuition fees for the year 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will deposit Rs.20,000/- within a week and thereafter shall undertake to obtain the education loan which may take some time and will deposit the fees within a period

of 60 days.

Considering the submission made, the petitioner may deposit Rs.20,000/- with the institution respondent No.3 and would deposit the examination fees with the respondent No.2 within a period of seven days, then in such case the petitioner shall be allowed to fill up the form by the respondent No.2 for the examination and thereafter as it has been stated the petitioner may obtain the education loan and deposit the fees within a period of 60 days. The petitioner if fails to deposit the amount due within the specified time, it would be fate of the petitioner. 5.
