1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. The facts of the case is that the husband of the petitioner was working on the post of Assistant Teacher who died in harness on 06.02.2020. Thereafter, the petitioner has moved an application for compassionate Appointment which till date has not been finalized and is pending consideration before the authorities concerned.

3. Given the fact, let respondent no.1 & 2 take an appropriate decision and decide the application of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
