1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has been regularized on the post of Assistant Grade-3 w.e.f. 24.12.2008 but he is entitled to be regularized w.e.f. 21.03.1991 or in alternative w.e.f. 13.07.1999 and also entitled for the consequential benefits for which petitioner has already made representation which has not been considered and decided, therefore, it be directed to be decided.
3. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioner's representation within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within 15
days from today along with documents in support of his representation.
4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
