1. Ms Ashtha Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the though petitioner is entitled for seniority and consequential benefits from the date of his initial appointment in his parent department for which he has made several representations to the respondents-authorities that have not been considered

and decided, which may be directed to be considered and decided by the respondents-authorities in light of policy dated 9.2.2010 and in light of judgment delivered by this Court in the matter of C.L. Chandrakar v. State of Chhattisgarh and others1 within the stipulated time.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the petitioner's pending representations and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file relevant rules, regulations, policy and judgment in support of his case within two weeks from today.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
