1. This is an application for condonation delay in filing the restoration application.

2. On due consideration, the application is allowed and delay in filing the restoration application is condoned.

3. This is an application for restoration of MCC No. 767 of 2017 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Hon'ble Court order dated 13.12.2017.

4. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and MCC No. 767 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of one week from today.
