Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to institute duly constituted proceeding against the respondent No.5 for payment of dues for the work done by the petitioner for respondent No.5 in execution of contract with the C.S.P.D.C.L.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
