Ms. Sunita Jain, Panel Lawyer Order On Board 11/08/2015 This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. The first application was considered by this Court and rejected on merits taking into consideration the statement of the prosecutrix.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the name of prosecutrix, false case has been registered and the prosecutrix has given affidavit before the police. 3.
On this ground, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is rejected.

It has been stated that the statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has not been recorded by the Magistrate. For that purpose, the police shall take appropriate proceedings for getting the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Police Station Jaijaipur as also to the concerned Magistrate, Jaijaipur.
