Learned counsel for the respondent submits that during pendency of the writ petition, execution proceeding has already closed finally by the trial Court vide order 18.04.2018 . 2.

In view of above, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to question the order dated 18.4.2018 in accordance with law. 3.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Copy of the order dated 18.04.2018 be placed on record. 5.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order 18.4.2018 in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Certified copy, as per rules.
