(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested on 01.02.2015 in connection with Crime No.57/2015 registered at Police Station Kasdol, District Baloda-Bazar-Bhatapara for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 186, 353, 332, 294, 336, 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file same after examination of all the material

prosecution witnesses by order of this Court dated 04.05.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1453/2015.

(4) This second bail application has been filed without examination of all the material prosecution witnesses and, as such, the second bail application is rejected.
