The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that earlier the petitioner has served in the scheduled area from the year 2001 to 2013 and in February, 2013, the petitioner was transferred to Durg District. Now, the petitioner is again being transferred to a scheduled area. It is also submitted that the petitioner has low vision in one of the eyes. 2.

I could not find any material on record to show that an officer after having remained posted for 3 1⁄2 years in the non-scheduled area, could not be again sent back to scheduled area on the ground that he has earlier worked for 10-12 years in the scheduled area. As far as the medical ground is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to prefer representation. If such representation is

preferred within ten days from today, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of representation.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
