This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with crime No.333/2014, registered at Police Station Balod, District Balod (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence and further considering the fact that trial is on advanced stage as 8 witnesses are examined, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. 3.
Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and decide the case as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the
date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order. 4.
Certified copy as per rules.
