Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application under Section 115, 16 read with Section 32 of the Land Revenue Code for correction of revenue records which is pending consideration before respondent No. 3 since 08.12.2017 (Annexure - P/1) and has not been decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 - Tahsildar, Kota is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for correction of revenue records expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
