The prayers are in the following terms:

"10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ / writs, order / orders, direction / directions to declare that amendment made in Schedule - III of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Service (Scale of Pay & Allowances) Rules, 1967, whereby at SI. No. 6 post of Accountant has to be filled up by 100% volatile of Constitutional provisions whereby promotion aspects of AG-III has been ousted.

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ / writs, order / orders, direction / directions quashing the advertisement dated 12/02/2018 (P/7) issued by the respondent No. 2 inviting application for direct recruitment in the post of Accountants.

10.3 Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the petition without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the candidates to pursue the remedy, if at all they are having any grievance.
