Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 27/03/2018
1. Limited grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed a representation before the respondent No.2 for considering the case of the petitioner for renewal of his contract. He prays that the same may be considered at the earliest for the reason that the persons similarly placed have already been granted renewal and no reason has been assigned as to why the petitioner's renewal has not been made.
2. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice would meet if the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest.
