2. The present petition is filed for seeking direction against the respondents to decide an application, which was filed by the mother of the petitioner that the petitioner is lodged in jail as a convict and marriage of petitioner's brother is scheduled to be held on 27.03.2018, therefore, the petitioner may be enlarged on parole.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said application is

pending before the concerned authority, therefore, the concerned authority may be directed to decide the same.

4. Considering the urgency in the matter, it is directed that the concerned authority shall decide the application for leave of the petitioner, as early as possible.

5. With such observation, the petition stands disposed of.
