In view of the return filed by the State of Chhattisgarh, the respondents have admitted the fact that NOC was in fact issued by the State of Madhya Pradesh way back on 03-10-2001. In para 6 of the return, it has been stated that as the similar issue as involved in the instant petition has already been dealt with by the Hon'ble Court in the aforesaid writ petition and the petitioner has been allowed to work in the State of Chhattisgarh and therefore, the instant petition may kindly be disposed off in the interest of justice.

In view of above, it is clear that the respondents have admitted that NOC was issued in favour of the petitioner, impugned order cannot be sustained and the same is hereby set aside. No further order is required to be passed. It has been stated that the petitioner is continuing in the State of Chhattisgarh. 4.
