Manmohan Mishra v. State Of Chhattisgarh And ORS.
HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH , BILASPUR Order Sheet WPS No. 47 of 2011 Manmohan Mishra Versus State of Chhattisgarh & Ors. WPS No. 353 of 2011 20.07.2018 Shri M.K.Mishra, Advocate for petitioner.
Shri S.S.Baghel, Advocate for respondent.
Shri S.P.Kale, Dy.A.G. for State.
By efflux of time, the matters has become infructuous. In addition, the petitions also are not maintainable any further for the simple reason that, in due course of time, the advertisement and the select list under challenge have all been acted upon and all the selected persons have also been given employment, but till date the petitioners have not taken steps for impleading the selected/appointed candidates as a necessary party. Thus, the present Writ Petitions on this ground itself deserve to be and are accordingly dismissed.
However, the petitioners would be at liberty to assail any subsequent development in accordance with law.
