1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is the Supervisor in the Integrated Child Development Scheme has been transferred from Bilaspur to Basna, District Mahasamund. It is contended that against such transfer order, the petitioner preferred a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee and despite the fact that the report from the Department was awaited, the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the Grievance Redressal Committee. He would submit that it is a mid session transfer and son of the petitioner is a student of Engineering and the exam would be over by May, 2020 as per the examination schedule; therefore, the mid session transfer may be stayed till May, 2020.

2. Perused the order dated 14.10.2019 passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee which shows that the report from the Department though was

sought for by the Committee but it was awaited, however, the orders were passed.

3. Perusal of Annexure P-4 would show that the examination of the son of the petitioner is scheduled up till May 2020. Considering the mid session transfer and limited prayer made and the fact that the representation of the petitioner is considered without there being any opinion though was sought for but awaited from the Department, it is directed that the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to up till June, 2020. Thereafter, the State shall be at liberty to execute the order in accordance with law.
