The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WP(227) No.323 of 2016 which stood dismissed by way of peremptory order dated 13.02.2019.

Taking into consideration the grounds taken in the application, subject to petitioner's paying a cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund (A/c No.32749718036) within a period of 7 days from today and furnishing receipt of the cost to be deposited, WP(227) No.323 of 2016 would stand restored to its original number. The petitioner is granted further two weeks time to remove the defaults, failing which the order would lose its efficacy. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed.
