The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.82/05 registered at police station - Ramanujganj, District - Balrampur - Ramanujganj, Chhattisgarh for alleged commission of offence under Section 294 and 506-B of IPC. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the matter of registration of offence under Section 294, 506-B of IPC, both of which are bailable in nature, a permanent warrant of arrest has been issued.

Learned State counsel submits that as against the applicant, offence has not been registered. The order passed by the Sessions Judge shows that the allegation is of commission of bailable offence under Section 294 and 506 IPC. 4.
Considering the totality of circumstances, it would be proper to direct that if the applicant appears before the concerned Magistrate on or before the date of appearance of the applicant, and if offence under Section 294, 506-B IPC has already been registered, the applicant shall be released on furnishing bail to the satisfaction of the Magistrate. The applicant shall appear before the Magistrate within a period of 15 days from today along with the copy of this order. 5.
The bail application is disposed off.
