1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order which is the order of posting dated 22.03.2021 whereby the petitioner has been shifted from Karpawand Range(General) to Bhanpuri Range (Production).

2. Considering the fact that shifting of the petitioner that respondent no.3 has done within the same region at the two different regions under the same Division, this Court does not find the same to be one which could be said to be a transfer of the petitioner from one department to another or from one Division to Another or a transfer which could cause great

inconvenience to the petitioner and hardship in the course of executing of the impugned order.

3. The writ petition this being devoid of merits deserves to be and is accordingly stands rejected. Meanwhile, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authorities in case if the petitioner wants any change of place of posting on the administrative side by making suitable representation to the authorities concerned.
