Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order on Board (Th. Video Conferencing) 01/09/2021
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of the High Court as well as the order of the Administrative Tribunal, petitioner's representation has been rejected by
impugned order dated 23/02/2008 and 29/02/2008 (Annexure P/1) by passing non-reasoned and nonspeaking order.
2. Learned State counsel would oppose the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length.
