The affidavit of the concerned officer, who had pass the order, has been stated that the order passed by this Court earlier was not brought to the notice of the authority, which resulted in issuance of the impugned order, but now the impugned order dated 12-08-2016 has been recalled.

Shri Jha, learned counsel for proposed intervener submits that he has already joined.

As the impugned order has already been recalled, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. The intervener would be at liberty to work out his own remedy.
