Shri Saleem Kazi, Dy. Advocate General, on instruction, appears and submits that he has instructions from the officer in the department that so far as petitioner's suspension is concerned, the same is being revoked today. However, the department intends to continue with the disciplinary proceedings.

In view of the submissions made by Shri Kazi, Deputy Advocate General that suspension of the petitioner is being revoked today, this court is of the opinion that nothing further would be left for adjudication in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Court in case if she is aggrieved of any further development.
