On 2.9.2016, case was directed to be listed on 7.9.2016 as learned counsel for the applicant sought time to argue the matter, but inadvertently it was admitted. So, order dated 2.9.2016 admitting the bail application is recalled.

This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 9/2015, registered at Police Station-Anti Corruption Bureau, Raipur Distt. Raipur (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 109, 120B, 409 of the IPC and 11, 13(1) (d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

First two bail applications of the applicant have been dismissed on merits.

Having heard counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application. Consequently, third bail application is also rejected.
