Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that transfer is going to effect the studies of his daughter, who is studying in class-X. It is also submitted that his seniority may be adversely affected. 2.
So far as seniority part is concerned, despite transfer, the petitioner is entitled to consideration for seniority at the new place of posting and in case of disturbance of seniority, it will always be open to challenge it. Order impugned does not shows that it has affected his seniority. The other ground is of personal difficulty, this can well be considered by the transferring authority and not by this Court. 3.
It has been submitted that the representation has already been filed. Let the representation of the petitioner be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
